We are hiring a Retail Sales Manager for a FMCG company in Metn area.



Key Responsibilities:

•Analyze & implement sales data, strategies to maximize revenue & profitability

• Manage & lead the sales teams to achieve sales targets

• Monitor inventory levels & ensure product availability

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Oversee daily operations of the retail store



Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar

• 10+ years of Experience in retail sales

• Age 35+



We are offering:

• Working Hours 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM, Monday till Friday, Saturday when needed
