Position Overview
About this Team What's your role? - Promote products or services to customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer customer queries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies
- Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information
- Ensure customers received high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly
- To establish strong presence of DREAME (powered by DASHER) branding and provide high quality services to customer
- We are open to hiring at various levels, Junior, Senior, or Supervisor, who will be considered for the role of Store Lead depending on experience and capability!
