Position Title: Retail Operations Executive
Working Location: Chinatown
Working Hours: 5.5 days (10.00am – 9.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities - Manage the retail counter and assist customers with enquiries
- Handle daily store operations, stock-taking, and goods receiving
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment
- Process and pack customer orders from online and walk-in channels
- Prepare orders for logistics pickup with proper checks and documentation
- Support coordination between retail, warehouse, and e-commerce teams
- Assist in occasional events and booth sales
- Provide professional customer service and help resolve customer issues
