Position Overview
**Description**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ The Retail Merchandise Coordinator reports to the Gift Shop Manager/Buyer and will participate in all aspects of the gift shop operations, including store operations, human resource management (hiring/training/scheduling), customer service and sales, visual merchandising and product placement, inventory management (purchasing, ordering transferring), purchase order management and expediting, and expense management.
+ The RMC will have administrative responsibilities as well as store responsibilities, as needed.
+ Participate in product placement and store sale, events and maintains communication vehicles such as displays, signs brochures etc.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ High School Diploma required. Associate Degree preferred.
