Retail Learning Manager Middle East you will be responsible to effectively plan, implement, and deliver all training programs in your stores of responsibility (9 stores across 5 countries). Your role will influence business results through the effective delivery of training, onboarding, coaching and follow-ups to enable each team member to excel in their role and deliver service excellence to our clients.

The role is based in Dubai and reports directly into the Retail Director of Middle East and functionally to the Head of Retail Learning EMEA.
