Responsibilities

• Provide information on rice quality, pricing, and cooking tips.


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.


• Process sales transactions accurately and manage the cash register.


• Maintain accurate sales records and reconcile daily earnings.


• Offer promotions or discounts as per business policy to boost sales.


• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of various rice types.


• Receive and inspect rice deliveries to ensure quality and quantity meet standards.


• Properly store rice to prevent spoilage or contamination.


• Keep the shop area clean, organized, and presentable.
