Avanteph Staffing and Consultancy Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Area Supervisor to oversee multiple store operations within the Manila area, with the potential to be relocated or permanently assigned to Northern Luzon. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across assigned retail stores to ensure sales targets and customer service standards are met.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor Store Supervisors and front-line staff to achieve store KPIs.
• Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, visual merchandising standards, and in-store promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and reduce shrinkage or losses.
