Restaurant Technology Manager (Equity) Job Summary

The Restaurant Technology Manager (Equity) is responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of technology systems across Equity restaurants. This role ensures the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of all restaurant technology platforms, enabling seamless customer experiences and improved operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Technology Operations and Support Oversee the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of restaurant technology solutions, including and not limited to POS systems, self-service kiosks, Drive Through Systems, and digital menu boards Monitor and analyze support queries from service vendors to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve system uptime and performance.
