The main responsibility of the Supervisor is to assist the Food and Beverage outlets Manager in delegating duties & responsibilities to service staff. Provide a friendly welcome for guests, to answer telephones, to control the flow of guest to various stations in the restaurant. Provide excellent service and good relation with guest.
