As a Restaurant Reservation Agent, you will manage and coordinate reservations to ensure an efficient and organized dining experience for guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Have full and comprehensive knowledge of the hotel facilities.
- Answer incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms and take reservations for all outlets.
- Record and manage reservations accurately using reservation software.
- Assist guests in choosing suitable dining times and offer alternatives when necessary.
- Communicate restaurant policies and procedures to guests.
- Efficiently manage reservation schedules to optimize table turnover.
- Ensure all reservations are made promptly and accurately according to the required standards set by One amp Only.
