Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage daily restaurant operations in alignment with Wynn SOPs and service standards ensuring proactive readiness.
- Collaborate closely with Reception on pre‑arrival awareness, reviewing guest profiles, VIP lists and special requests to prepare the team for seamless execution.
- Deliver consistently high quality service, ensuring every guest interaction is intuitive, polished and aligned with Forbes Travel Guide 5‑Star expectations.
- Actively engage with guests on the floor, anticipating needs before they are expressed and resolving issues with grace and empathy.
- Lead, inspire and coach supervisors and service team members to embody Wynn's Four Pillars in every interaction.
