Job Duties

• Manage the entire service operation of the restaurant
• Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant
• Conduct daily meetings and handovers with staff
• Handle staff rostering
• Maintain and achieve restaurant targets
• Conduct monthly stock takes

Requirements

• Micros System experience required
• 3 years’ experience in a management position in a Restaurant / Hotel
• Polite and friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet
• Well-spoken and well-presented individual
• Strong leader who can oversee employees
• Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable
