Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / within the Food & Beverage Department in Kuala Lumpur, the Restaurant Manager is responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and create a pleasant dining environment and experience for guests. The Restaurant Manager reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Plan in conjunction with the outlet activities, promotions, menu implementations according to the annual marketing plans
- Ensure that all designated action points from daily briefings or bi-monthly operational meetings are being followed by the individuals concerned
- Ensure that positive working relations with non-Food & Beverage departments are fostered giving cooperation at all times
