Job Description
We are looking for a ‘guest obsessed’ natural leader who thinks outside the box and strives for success to lead our Garcon Bleu service team. This is a fixed term opportunity, from July 2026 to September 2026, with potential opportunity to extend.
In this role you will:
- Build and develop a high-performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational, and empowering approach.
- Strive to create luxury moments with our guests and team members, making everyone feel welcome and feel valued
- Grow the restaurant with innovative sales strategies and execution, to enhance the guest experience, build loyalty and bring in revenue
- Ensure service standards are followed for a friendly, genuine, and engaging experience
