The role of the Restaurant Manager is to oversee the daily restaurant management operations and deliver an optimal food and beverage customer experience. The role will include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals along with maintaining high productivity and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility
- Manages the inventory counts (weekly, monthly & year-end) are accurately completed on time, and actioned when variances exceed budgeted amounts.
- Monitors, evaluates, and recognizes employee excellence leveraging internal recognition programs.
- Monitors the financial functions of the site/s to ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of cash management, financial data, and reporting.
