Position Overview
Job Title:
- Line Cook Shift: 2nd Shift, 2-10PM Reports to: Restaurant Manager Job Summary: The Line Cook will staff our 24-hour, dine-in restaurant for first, second, and third shifts.
- This positon will work an average of 32-36 hours weekly, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts.
- The cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.
- The cook is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud.
