Job Summary:
- The Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to, customer service, employee management, financial management, inventory management and maintaining the overall appearance of the restaurant.
- The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed and that the restaurant is operating at maximum efficiency.
- The AGM will also be responsible for managing the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.
