Nodera Care Limited t/a Nodera Childrens Home is seeking an experienced, committed, and child-centred Responsible Individual (RI) to provide effective governance oversight and strategic leadership for our developing residential childrens home in Fareham, Hampshire. The home consists of four en-suite bedrooms within a modern therapeutic environment. Occupancy will initially remain capped at three children aged 10 -17 unless otherwise agreed by the local authority and consistent with safe staffing, matching considerations, and regulatory expectations. The Responsible Individual will act on behalf of the registered provider to supervise the management of the home, promote high standards of care, safeguard children effectively, and ensure full compliance with the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements.
