Responsible Charge Engineer

ATCS is growing! We are looking for a Responsible Charge Engineer to join our Construction Services team in our Newport News location to oversee major transportation projects during the construction phase. The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license in VA and possess a strong commitment to ensuring compliance, safety, and quality in all aspects of project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the direct and personal supervision of engineering activities during construction.
• Ensure projects are constructed in strict accordance with contract documents and specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to demonstrate compliance with project requirements, applicable federal and state regulations, and safety and environmental standards.
