Position Overview
What you achieve:
- Professional and personnel management of the three teams Lead Management & CRM, Market Management and Sales Management
- Responsibility for controlling, qualifying, conversion optimisation and channel-appropriate forwarding of leads, including monitoring, performance analysis and continuous development of lead and campaign processes
- Responsibility for sales management in the areas of direct sales, corporate customers and partners
- Planning, implementation and further development of market cultivation measures for end customers, partners, direct sales and corporate customers
- Ensuring a coordinated overall market approach across all channels, target groups and partners
- Responsibility for the expansion and further development of the internal Sanitas Sales Academy
- Responsibility for ICT and ensuring regulatory excellence in the entire sales area
