Position Overview
Rig Locums are currently seeking Consultant Physicians with an interest in Respiratory Medicine for an Permanent role in Wales.
Roles and expectations
Deliver a consultant-led respiratory service for the diagnosis
and management of both outpatients and inpatients.
Work within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and managers to further
develop local respiratory services, with focus on thoracic oncology and interventional
pulmonology, or domiciliary NIV and sleep medicine. However, other interests would also
be considered.Participate in the general medical on-call rota and post-take ward rounds,
providing leadership and support to the on-call medical team.Take consultant responsibility for allocated inpatients, with support from
