Residential Support Worker

Location: Medway
Shift: Flexible 4-week rota pattern including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and waking nights.
Pay: Up to £17/hour

About the Role
You will work directly with children and young people aged 5-18 years, providing personal, health, social and domestic care in accordance with individual care plans.

Requirements

• Recent experience in a Residential Support Worker role (essential)
  
• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
  
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
  
• Full UK driving license and willingness to train to drive a minibus
  
• UK work eligibility (British passport, UK Residence Permit or equivalent)
  
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and waking nights
