Position Overview
As a Community Supports Network (CSN) employee, you will have an opportunity to be part of a team that supports people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs to increase their independence and develop their talents and skills to reach personalized goals and improve their quality of life.When doing this, you become the teacher and learner all at the same time. Areas of support that your team will focus on often include; community involvement, job skills, education, physical & behavioral health, and daily living skills. As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS), you will oversee the day-to-day operations at one of our residential homes, similarly to the way you run your own home! Each location has between 1 to 3 clients living in the home. Your time will be split between direct support hours and administrative hours.
