Position Overview
Responsibilities
:
Residential Conveyancing: Manage and oversee residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Client Liaison: Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clear and timely communication. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and support throughout the process.Document Drafting and Review: Prepare legal documents including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds. Review and negotiate terms in line with client needs.Due Diligence: Undertake necessary searches, surveys, and investigations to ensure properties are legally compliant and meet the client’s expectations.Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with the latest regulations, including the Land Registration Act and other relevant laws and best practices within the conveyancing industry.
