This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer, solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer looking to handle a high-quality caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment.

The Role

• Manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, working on a broad mix of matters including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New build conveyancing transactions
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy (desirable)
