Job Summary: In accordance with the organization’s mission, vision and values, the Residential Kitchen Coordinator is responsible for daily kitchen operations. The following duties will apply:

+ Assist with oversight of all activities pertaining to the kitchen and dining room.

+ Ensure proper food preparation and handling.

+ Assist with the preparation and service of well-balanced meals for residential clients.

+ Assist with train for and supervise kitchen and dining room activities perform by clients completing community service.

+ Assist with maintaining compliance with Health Department, OASAS and Food Link.
