The Arc of Ocean County is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings throughout Ocean County. This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping individuals live as independently as possible while participating fully in their homes and communities.

We are currently hiring for evening and weekend shifts across a variety of residential programs, including group homes, supervised apartments, and supported living environments.
