Associate / Senior Associate - Conveyancing Technician

Location: Fareham
Experience: Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £45,000-£65,000 DOE

The Role

Your work will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Reviewing title documentation and search results
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Preparing contracts, transfers and mortgage documentation
• Reporting on title and mortgage offers
• Managing files through exchange and completion
• SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Assisting with complex and technical conveyancing matters
