Equans is looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Slough on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting residents and clients across social housing and regeneration projects, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the delivery of improvement and maintenance works.
As a Resident Liaison Officer, youll act as the main point of contact between residents, our site team, and project managers helping to minimise disruption, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, keeping them informed of planned works, schedules, and progress.
