Resident Care Team Leaders – Full Time and Part Time

Reporting to the Care Manager, the Resident Care Team Leader (RCTL) is primarily responsible for ensuring all resident care requirements are carried out and met in a safe, timely and effective manner within the parameters of AVENS – A Community for Seniors policies and procedures, legislated requirements, and accreditation and professional standards of care.
