Position Overview
Scope: - Provide supervision services for all Architectural works to ensure that contractors complies with contract/authorities'/agencies' requirements
- Oversee the Architectural team and personnel
- Provide all necessary endorsement
- Review all drawings and specifications and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to OIC and the QP(D)s and QP(S)
- Review and comment on all construction method statements, risk assessments for works, workplans, design for safety (DfS) workshop and SOP proposals
- Provide all relevant endorsements required by authorities/agencies/client
- Assist QPD for application of TOP and CSC
- Prepare site supervision plan and supervise all works directed by OIC
