Works under general supervision on a large-scale, longitudinal study in multiple sclerosis.Responsible for subject recruitment, subject enrollment, data collection, and data management.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruits, screens, enrolls, obtains informed consent, and follows subjects as part of a large-scale, longitudinal natural history study.
2. Abstracts medical information from patient records and interviews.
3. Prepares monthly calendars and reminders.
4. Organizes study blood draws and collection of other biologic samples.
5. Administers and scores battery of cognitive and psychosocial tests.
6. Maintains patient study files, electronic study database, and tracking system for study participants.
