Position Overview
Job Description - Lead and supervise the finance & accounts team
- Handle hands‑on accounting activities, including GL review, reconciliations, and month‑end close
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements (IFRS)
- Manage UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and statutory compliance
- Lead internal and external audits
- Ensure strong internal controls and timely financial reporting
Requirements - Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
- 6–8 years post‑qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, and audits
- Experience with ERP / accounting systems
Preferred Experience - Logistics / shipping / marine / trading industry experience
- JAFZA experience will be given priority
