Key Responsibilities Engage with founders and leadership teams of funded startups. Structure and execute debt financing deals. Conduct credit and financial analysis of startups and businesses. Evaluate investment opportunities and risk profiles. Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, banks, and financial institutions. Monitor market trends, startup ecosystem developments, and global financial markets. Support deal sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 23 years of relevant work experience. CFA (Level 1 or above) is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
