Position Overview
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through market research and data analysis.
- Support outbound sales activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Attend client meetings and sales calls as an observer to learn sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy development.
- Help organize and manage sales events, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, document preparation, and follow-up tasks.
