Position Overview
Job Description- Oversee all legal matters related to marketing campaigns, including compliance with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI), the Competition Act, and consumer protection laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with agencies, vendors, influencers, and partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
- Provide legal guidance on intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and brand protection strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 and GDPR where applicable.
- Lead the legal review of digital marketing content, social media strategies, and promotional materials to prevent legal exposure.
