Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage leasing activities for retail spaces and real estate properties.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing and positioning.
- Identify and pursue qualified retail tenants aligned with property goals and brand standards.
