Position Overview
Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals across recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives to attract top-tier professionals in production, supply chain, marketing, and operations within the FMCG sector.
