Position Overview
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of manufacturing processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational findings, recommendations, and performance trends.
- Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Assist in the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Gather and validate data from production floors, ERP systems, and operational logs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, findings, and action plans.
