**Your Key Responsibilities**

+ Execute order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.
+ Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising.
+ Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
+ Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals.
