This role is for a hands-on operator who knows how to turn repossessed motorcycles into real recovery value — managing every step from intake to resale, while building systems that scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the full lifecycle of repossessed motorcycles end-to-end
• Manage intake, assessment, valuation, and resale of units
• Decide and execute resale strategies (dealers, direct buyers, etc.)
• Coordinate repairs and preparation for sale when needed
• Handle documentation, ownership transfer, and registration
• Track all units and ensure full visibility of status and timelines
