Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4‑year course or completed 2 years in college (w/ no back subjects)
• Background and familiarity with contact services operations
• At least 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst Lead in a BPO setup
• Individual contributors are welcome to apply
• Experience with client‑facing interactions
• Presentation of reports to clients or senior management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills at all organizational levels
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and its functionalities, as well as other MS Office tools and VBA
• Knowledge of MS Access, SQL, and other BI tools and databases is a plus but not required
• Can start ASAP
• Can work onsite (McKinley, Taguig City) and on a shifting schedule
• Extensive knowledge of different KPIs
