We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a leading social housing maintenance team in South London on a 3-month ongoing contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and technically skilled supervisor with extensive experience managing reactive repairs and void maintenance services within a social housing environment.

The Role

As a Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of up to 7 trade operatives, including skilled, multi‑skilled and unskilled staff, ensuring high‑quality, customer‑focused repairs and maintenance services are delivered efficiently and safely.
