The Position

Lead a work team, organizing and planning the work and resources needed to successfully carry out the repair tasks of components from renewable energy installations in the repair workshop, following the company's regulations and criteria in terms of maintenance, safety, quality and environmental to meet the unit's objectivesKey Accountabilities

Lead a team of people to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements agreed and expected by the client.

Analyze, plan and organize the different works, through an appropriate distribution of tasks among the team members, with the aim of achieving greater efficiency, alignment of work and optimization of both technical and human resources available to the company.

Supervise that the work activity is being carried out in compliance with the safety, quality, environmental and maintenance criteria established and set by the legislation, the client or the company.
