Your Impact
- Perform in-house servicing, repair of company products. Perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot, repair DSLR Camera, Lens, and Flash system
- Provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures
- Prepare reports for analyses of product failure trends and service ability issues
- Work on assignments that are routine in nature, but attention to detail is essential. Also, requires judgement based on established procedures and guidelines
