Position Overview
Core Responsibilities - Initiate and develop new repairs on aero-engine components.
- Prepare and maintain work instructions for aero-engine component repairs.
- Perform tooling design.
- Ensure compliance to OEM technical data and regulatory requirements.
- New machine and process qualifications
- Process improvements to improve process robustness, process efficiency and repair yield
- First Article inspection Reports
- Take the lead and provide guidance to the production team in Repair development.
- Actively participate and support continuous improvement / Kaizen projects
- Multi-task other engineering-related duties as assigned.
- Comply with the company’s health and safety rules and regulations
Qualifications - At least 5-6 years’ experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul environment.
