Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities: Rentals Administration:
- Checking & verifying documents provided for credit checks Co-ordination with letting agents.
- Coordinate lease administration including renewals, amendments, and new lease documentation alongside the agents - Checking lease documents have been completed correctly.
- Capturing of leasing data & records CRMS & RAMS Maintain & updating.
- Creating electronic copy file of all transactions & maintain the filing system.
- Completion of Estate registration documents & compilation of documents for applications New & Renewals.
- Updating of online listing systems & other platforms -TPN, WeConnectU, RedRabbit.
- FICA Request, record, verify, maintain records & report For Tenants & Landlords Co-ordination with letting agents & Admin.
