Rental Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Rental Coordinator to join our Auckland team.

About the Role

As the main point of contact for rental enquiries you’ll work closely with customers, service teams and transport providers to ensure equipment is delivered efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded. This dynamic role combines customer service, rental coordination and sales support, where no two days look the same. You’ll play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating equipment rentals and helping drive rental growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing rental enquiries, quotes and customer communication
  • Coordinating equipment hire, de-hire and transport logistics
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Maintaining accurate rental and equipment records
