Renewal Specialist – Malaga (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Renewal Specialist to drive the sales cycle, nurture client relationships, and showcase expertise in advanced cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewal process, building trust and laying the foundation for a long‑term Microsoft relationship.
- Convert renewal leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through criteria such as BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
- Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Understand customers’ current Microsoft license position and lead with Microsoft’s cloud technologies to secure wins, maximizing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders.
