Position Overview

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with various HR functions (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, etc.) to understand business requirements, process pain points, and improvement opportunities.

  • Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis covering core HR, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and other HR system areas.

  • Gather, organise, and prioritize business requirements; prepare clear functional specifications, user stories, or BRD/FRD documents.

  • Work with Technical teams or vendors to translate business needs into system configurations, enhancements, or integration solutions.

  • Participate in end-to-end project delivery, including system setup, user acceptance testing (UAT), data preparation, change management, and post-go-live support.
